교대시계는 개발자가 운영하는 별도 서버 없이 동작하며, 앱에서 만드는 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자의 기기 안에 저장됩니다. 아래에서 무엇이 기기에 저장되고, 어떤 경우에 어떤 정보가 Google 서비스로 전송되는지 안내드립니다.
근무 스케줄, 알람 설정과 알람 기록, 메모/일정, 근무시간·OT, 수면 기록, 친구 목록 등 앱에서 만드는 데이터는 사용자의 기기 안에 저장되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 자동 수면 추정도 화면이 켜져 있는지, 충전 중인지만 기기 안에서 확인하고 그 결과를 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
다만 아래 ‘사용 통계’, ‘일정공유’, ‘광고’ 항목에 적힌 범위의 정보는 Google 서비스로 전송됩니다.
앱을 개선하기 위해 Google Firebase Analytics가 앱 실행·화면 이용 같은 이용 기록, 앱 버전, 기기 종류·OS 버전, 대략적인 지역 정보와 앱 설치별 식별자를 자동으로 수집합니다. 또 어떤 기능이 얼마나 쓰이는지 알 수 있도록 탭 이동, 알람 끄기·5분 연장 횟수, 메모·일정·수면 기록·백업 같은 기능을 사용한 횟수만 함께 기록합니다. 근무표·메모·수면 기록·알람 시각 같은 앱 데이터의 내용은 통계에 넣지 않습니다. 수집된 통계는 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
‘일정공유’를 켜면 친구에게 보여줄 이름과 근무 스케줄(근무 패턴·시작일·근무별 색상·날짜별 근무 변경)이 Google Firebase 서버에 저장되고, 공유 코드나 링크를 가진 사람은 누구나 볼 수 있습니다. 이를 위해 앱이 자동으로 만드는 익명 식별자가 함께 쓰이며, 메모·OT·수면 기록·알람 설정은 전송하지 않습니다.
공유를 중지하면 기기에서는 바로 꺼지고 서버에 삭제 요청이 전송됩니다. 인터넷에 연결되어 있지 않으면 연결된 뒤 다시 보내며, 그 전까지는 친구가 이전 근무표를 볼 수 있습니다. 친구 기기에 이미 받아 둔 근무표나 캡처는 회수할 수 없습니다.
앱을 삭제하고 다시 설치하면 새 익명 식별자가 만들어져, 이전에 공유한 데이터를 앱에서 지울 수 없게 됩니다. 재설치 전에 공유를 중지해 주세요.
업데이트 안내를 보여주기 위해 Firebase의 공개 설정 값을 읽기도 하지만, 이때 앱 데이터를 보내지는 않습니다.
앱 화면 일부에 Google AdMob 배너 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고 제공과 성과 측정을 위해 Google이 광고 식별자 등 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있으며, 이는 앱이 아닌 Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. 앱은 근무표·메모 같은 앱 데이터를 광고 요청에 넣지 않습니다.
• 알림: 알람 사전 안내, 알람 상태 표시, 일정 알림
• 다른 앱 위에 표시: 다른 앱 사용 중에도 알람 화면을 띄우기 위함
• 정확한 알람: 설정한 시각에 오차 없이 알람이 울리게 하기 위함
권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱은 계속 쓸 수 있지만, 위 기능 중 일부가 제한될 수 있습니다.
기기 안의 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
단, ‘백업’ 기능(자동 백업 포함)으로 만든 파일은 기기의 다운로드/ShiftBell 폴더에 남아 앱을 삭제해도 지워지지 않습니다. 이 파일은 암호화되지 않았고 근무표·알람 기록·메모/일정·OT·수면 기록·친구 목록 등이 들어 있으니 다른 사람에게 보내지 않도록 주의하고, 필요 없으면 파일 관리자에서 직접 삭제해 주세요. 백업 파일은 자동으로 외부에 전송되지 않지만, 클라우드 동기화 폴더 등으로 옮기면 그 서비스의 정책이 적용됩니다.
백업은 Android 10 이상에서만 지원됩니다. 앱을 삭제하고 다시 설치하면 이전 백업을 자동으로 찾지 못하므로, 첫 화면의 ‘기존에 쓰시던 분이라면’에서 ‘불러오기’를 눌러 파일을 직접 골라야 합니다.
일정공유 데이터의 삭제는 위 ‘일정공유’ 안내를, 사용 통계·광고 데이터의 보관은 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

이 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 9월 22일부터 적용됩니다. 내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 앱 업데이트 안내를 통해 다시 고지합니다.
ShiftBell works without any server run by the developer, and the data you create is stored on your device by default. Below is what stays on your device and exactly which information is sent to Google services, and when.
Your shift schedule, alarm settings and alarm history, memos/schedules, work hours and overtime, sleep records, friend list, and everything else the app creates are stored on your device and are not sent to the developer. Automatic sleep estimation only checks on your device whether the screen is on and whether the phone is charging, and it does not send that anywhere.
Only the information described under ‘Usage statistics’, ‘Schedule Sharing’, and ‘Advertising’ below is sent to Google services.
To improve the app, Google Firebase Analytics automatically collects usage records such as app opens and screen views, the app version, device model and OS version, approximate region, and a per-installation identifier. To learn which features are used, it also records only how often you use them, such as tab switches, alarm dismiss/5-minute snooze counts, and saving memos, events, sleep records, or backups. The contents of app data such as your schedule, memos, sleep records, or alarm times are not included. Collected statistics are handled under Google’s privacy policy.
When you turn on ‘Schedule Sharing’, the name you show to friends and your shift schedule (shift pattern, start date, shift colors, and per-date changes) are stored on Google Firebase servers, viewable by anyone with your share code or link. An anonymous ID the app creates automatically is used for this; memos, overtime, sleep records, and alarm settings are not sent.
When you stop sharing, it turns off on your device right away and a deletion request is sent to the server. If you’re offline, the request is sent again once you’re connected, and until then friends may still see your previous schedule. Schedules already downloaded to a friend’s device or captured in screenshots can’t be recalled.
Reinstalling the app creates a new anonymous ID, so previously shared data can no longer be deleted from the app. Please stop sharing before reinstalling.
The app also reads public settings from Firebase to show update notices, without sending any app data.
Google AdMob banner ads appear in parts of the app. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as advertising identifiers, governed by Google’s own privacy policy rather than this one. The app does not include your schedules, memos, or other app data in ad requests.

• Display over other apps: to show the alarm screen even while you’re using other apps
• Exact alarms: so alarms ring precisely at the time you set
You can keep using the app without granting these, but some of the features above may be limited.
Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
However, files created by the ‘Backup’ feature (including automatic backups) are saved to the Downloads/ShiftBell folder and remain even after you uninstall. These files are not encrypted and contain your schedule, alarm history, memos/schedules, overtime, sleep records, friend list, and more, so take care not to send them to others, and delete them with a file manager when no longer needed. Backup files are never sent anywhere automatically, but if you move them into a cloud-synced folder, that service’s policy applies.
Backups require Android 10 or later. After you uninstall and reinstall, the app can’t find your previous backup automatically, so you need to pick the file yourself with ‘Load’ under ‘Used this app before?’ on the first screen.
Deleting Schedule Sharing data follows the ‘Schedule Sharing’ section above, and retention of usage statistics and advertising data follows Google’s policies.
This app is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
